Dog Found 9-28-12

Hi Joe, My husband and I found a beagle in the Willow Creek Development on the corner of Pointers and Oxbridge. The dog did not have a collar or tags. Can you please post the pictures below and help us locate the owner. My number is 443-480-0126

Reading this after reading some of the things going on in this country really makes me have faith in the human race once again. Thank You so very much for taking in this dog and taking the extra step of trying to find the dog's owners.
