Obama's order, approved earlier this year and known as an intelligence "finding," broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the rebels oust Assad.

Secret? How secret is it now? And this is the kind of people we have running the country?

Obama's order, approved earlier this year

Did you know when it was signed or what it contains?

1230-Don't worry, it has been reported on for quite a while. Just until now, it wasn't referred to an Obama authorization. But for the last 2 months, there has been plenty of talk about coordinating from outside the borders of Syria. Directing munitions to the rebels, as well as communication devices, and strategic help as well. It's been broadly reported on.
