Stranded Jet Skiers Rescued by MSP

TALBOT COUNTY, Md. - A Maryland State Police helicopter rescued two stranded jet skiers in Skipton Creek Monday night.

MSP Trooper 6, based at the Easton Airport, was dispatched at about 10:30 p.m. to complete a hoist rescue mission for two victims who grounded their jet skis in the mud in the middle of the creek. The victims were stranded at night and exposed to elements for 3 hours with no ability to get back ashore.
