Where's those windmills when you need them?
Instead of spending money on 2 wars the last 10 years we could have been spending on infrastructure.
11:17-We honestly don't always know if a blackout is intentional.Tonight we'll hear some half baked excuse on the news,but in my opinion,intentional or not,you are right.The US in general is in desparate need of infrastructure work.Even if outages like this are accidental in nature the entire system needs upgrading.

Delmarva Power needs to spend a little of what they collect on capital improvements.
Power is out a lot around Snow Hill road,Del Power should be giving out credits.
315 Credit for what?? If your power is out you are not being charged for not using it.
You want credits for power your not getting and not paying for anyway ?!
If you have good security cameras, they come with a good battery powered back up system too.
