It looks to me like it is not a resolution to impeach Obama, but to make it an impeachable offense for the President to declare war, or to take offensive military action without congress approval.

Maybe they should impeach him on the grounds that his is not a citizen of the United States!
I don't think being a non-citizen is a criminal offense by itself.

Today's numbers show Romney at 48%, Obama at 43% If Santorum is the Republican nominee, he is up by one point over the president, 46% to 45%.

Simple. You can not impeach a president that is not a citizen. He was not borne in in this Country, and never applied for citizenship.
Forget about today's numbers. The numbers are put out by the MSM, and only reflect what they are told to do. If you believe in the MSN, in 1942 you would have wound up in the oven.

I can't believe that this has not gone anywhere. That said it might if he is re-elected and the senate is not controlled by the democratic party. It also surprises me that nothing was said about the lack of due process of law regarding the drone strikes that have killed American citizens. Personally I think that anybody that voted yea or did not veto the NDAA should be impeached but what do I know... Maybe the next president will use the NDAA to lock up everybody who voted yea as well as president obama. Maybe then the citizens of America will realize how far out of hand our government has gotten.
