Obama: Killing Afghans as Serious as Killing Americans

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday said he viewed the killing of 16 Afghan civilians, allegedly by a U.S. soldier, as seriously as if those killed had been Americans.

"The U.S. takes this as seriously as if it were our own citizens and our own children who were murdered," Obama said at the White House.

Obama said he was directing the Pentagon to do a very thorough investigation of the weekend killings. He said the inquiry would "follow the facts" wherever they lead, and that anyone found responsible would be prosecuted fully. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has said the death penalty is possible if the soldier is convicted.

Obama's message was aimed at Afghans and at Americans for whom the killings were a reminder that tens of thousands of U.S. forces are fighting in Afghanistan more than 10 years after the war began.

This is what you get when the so-called educated white people vote for what they named "a vote for yes we can" change and elect a Markist prick for President.
I really hope all of themare happy with what they have done. I also hope when the give-away train finally runs out of fuel, those bastards are the FIRST ones to starve.

Gotta love it when these "so called educated white" people who voted for Obama can't admit they are wrong so their only defense is to hurl insults!
Not one "so called educated white person" can name one positive accomplishment out of Obama and this even after both houses of congress were majority dems for awhile!
Heck even Obama's own brother old Louie Farrakhan can't stand his a$$!

Yes, God forbid our leader take responsibility for one of our soldiers murdering innocent children. What a bastard he is for that!

I would guess that idiot Obama will avoid the question of why we shouldn't jump to conclusions when a Muslim kills soldiers at Ft. Hood. He is so two faced it's sick.

Anonymous said...

He only said that because 11I of them were his cousins.

You people are literally insane.

Because a muslim killed soldiers in the US, its ok for us to go and kill any muslim?

With that logic, why didnt we kill christians after the OKC bombing? Timothy McVeigh was a christian?

Have some freaking decency

Please show me what verse in the New Testament that god commands us to kill. The bible tells us NOT to kill. Just because someone claims to be Christian does not mean they are following the bible with their actions. Now open your koran and you will find many verses where it tells them it is ok to kill. I will have some freaking decency when they stop beheading people or stoning people to death

5:07,

(Deuteronomy 22:13-21)
A Marriage shall be considered valid only if the wife is a virgin. If the wife is not a virgin, she shall be executed.

How about incest?
(Genesis 19:30-36)

How about Cannibalism?
(Jeremiah 19:9)

The ole christian adage:
"I hate you for not believing in what I believe in!"

hypocrisy at its finest i tell you

Which part of NEW TESTAMENT do you not understand or do you not know the difference between the 2? Jesus fulfilled all the requirements of the Old Testaments. Now please don't waste anymore of my time.

Why is it when foreigners kill our people, we spend any amount of money to bring them to justice here in the US. Yet, now that the shoe is on the other foot justice is better served here as well?

He commited the crime in Afganistan, let them have him!

In 1968, The Mi Lai massacre, William Calley, a platoon leader in Charlie Company, was convicted. Found guilty of killing 22 villagers, he was originally given a life sentence, but only served three and a half years under house arrest.

You call that justice?
