Group To Ask Senators To Repeal Sodomy Law

A gay-rights group wants Kansas legislators to repeal an unenforced law that makes sex between consenting adults of the same gender a crime.
Members of the Kansas Equality Coalition planned to testify Tuesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is considering a bill making other technical changes to state criminal statutes.
In 2003 in a Texas case, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down state laws criminalizing gay sex between consenting adults as unconstitutional.

All of you who are saying sodomy is gross need to look up what the legal definition of "sodomy" is. It covers a lot more than what you think it does. I'll bet pretty much every sexually active person has engaged in sodomy as defined by the law.

Sodomy is an unnatural act and only a sick pervert would engage in such behavior. When you act more like an animal than a human being maybe you should make some different life choices although animal's don't behave like that.

You people are completely clueless.

There is a great big world out side of Salisbury/Wicomico County and believe or not, not everyone shares your negative, closed minded, hateful, use of the bible when it suites you attitude.
You not only want control over a womens' uterus, now you want control over what happens in somebodies bedroom. You are disgusting.

Get over yourselves already!
