INCIDENT: CDS Possession

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS: On the above date and time a Fruitland officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle, of which the above named suspect was the driver. Upon pulling over the suspect immediately fled from the vehicle and a lengthy foot pursuit ensued. Fruitland officers, including the Fruitland K-9 Unit were able to apprehend the suspect. The suspect was found to possess several types of illegal drugs to include suspected Marijuana, Ecstasy and Oxycodone. The suspect was transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking.

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS: On the above date and time a Fruitland officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in which the above named suspect was a passenger. During the encounter the officer detected the overwhelming odor of raw Marijuana emanating from the vehicle, specifically from the area of the suspect. As the officer had the passenger exit the vehicle he immediately observed the suspect’s pocket to be stuffed and could clearly see a large bag of suspected Marijuana protruding from that pocket. Upon being placed under arrest, additional bags of suspected Marijuana were located, in significant quantity to indicate and intent to distribute. The suspect was transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking without incident.
