Del. Prosecutors Appeal Death Sentence Dismissal

The state attorney general's office is appealing a judge's ruling overturning the conviction and death sentence of a man accused of killing a 66-year-old Wilmington man in a 1991 robbery.

 A Superior Court judge threw out 39-year-old Jermaine Wright's death sentence last week and scheduled a bail hearing for Wednesday.

Is this the same Jermaine Wright who murdered the Ruggles girl in Ocean City?

this pos needs to be taken care of. capital punishment is warranted for the heinous crimes committed by this pos. an alford plea got him off on one in particular. just for that he should be executed.
nothing about him is worth keeping.
