He felt threatened by a dog on a chain in a garage at the WRONG HOUSE?
What a poopsie.
And then to threaten the homeowner at gun point? AT THE WRONG HOUSE?
What a poopsie cop.

And then to go to work again the next day like nothing happened?
What idiot is in charge of these criminals?

Evidently, he must have been a dog hater to have done something so cruel!
