Several instances of people saying they have developed seizures during the tense birthing scene in “Breaking Dawn: Part One” have been reported. The in-theater seizures, also known as photosensitive epilepsy, are thought to be a result of the bright flashing of red, black and white during the film’s nerve-wracking scene.

This is just a ruse to get you to go see that looser of a movie.
Actually 6:20 pm, rapid strobe effects of light can and does induce seizure. Riding in your car during a bright day, through a wooded area where light flashes on/off through the trees can make it happen or make someone prone to seizures, sick to their stomach. When they test people for their possibilities of seizure, use strobe light to induce seizures. Many people that have had brain operations are susceptible.

Just how 'loose' is the movie?
I know how they feel. One time I got to close to some people working. I started experiencing chest pain and feeling uncomfortable.
