DATE & TIME: 11/04/2011 @ 2125 hours
LOCATION: E/B Rt. 50 @ Forest Grove Road, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland.
BRIEF RESUME:
On 11/04/2011 at approximately 2125 hours, trooper’s from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation. Through investigation, it was learned that the operator of the vehicle was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Lisa Marie Hand was subsequently arrested and taken to the Wicomico County Detention Center to go in front of a district court commissioner.
Arrested:
1. Lisa Marie Hand, 43, of Baltimore, MD.
Charges: C.D.S. possession of marijuana, C.D.S possession of cocaine, possession of C.D.S. paraphernalia.

These dope heads are their own worse enemy. How many times have we heard they get busted for speeding and other traffic violations?
If I had illegal stuff on me I would obey every law there is until I got it off my person, which would itself draw attention.
