I guess those pictures sorta blow away the "there's only TWO cops in Wicomico County for 300 square miles and if back up is needed....). It also appears to blow away the "we have a shortage of cops" theory, unless I'm looking at some "double-vision" pictures. Pray tell who would have responded to a bank robbery on the other side of Salisbury at the same time as this incident? The non-existent cops we aren't supposed to know about?

I heard the police calling shots fired on the scanner.
SALISBURY – Maryland State Police are investigating a shooting involving a trooper late this afternoon.
Troopers were dispatched around 4 p.m. to an area near Route 13 north and Connelly Mill Road, according to authorities.
No injuries have been reported.
