Since he wasn't injured, Salisbury Animal Control refused to take him in. The Humane Society was closed, so they called me. I was able to direct them to Cathy's Pet Salon where Cathy had no problem at all taking him in for the time being.
If this is your pet, please call Cathy's Pet Salon at 410-546-5166. They are open until 5 PM. If you don't see this until after 5 you can call Christie at 443-235-0100 on her cell phone.
He is a mini poodle. He is not neutered and cries in a crate.

God bless Cathy's Pet Salon! And bless you too for posting and sharing this. I would imagine someone is heartbroken out there right now. Hopefully we can all get the word out there and get this pup back home.
When the proper authorities refuse to care for a lost dog, thank God Cathy stepped up. Shows how much she really cares. I'll refer anyone and everyone to her salon!

Sounds like Cathy's Pet Salon is a GREAT alternative for the Humane Society. Sure is great advertising and I'm certainly going to book an appointment for my pups. Appears as though she has a true love and concern for the animals.
