With the recent unfortunate closing of Escape Restaurant, I have been fielding questions as to whether or not Third Friday was still happening.
Allow me to reassure your readers as loudly and poignantly as possible that, THIRD FRIDAY IS GOOD TO GO!
This month meet us at the City Center Building and Seasons Best Antique Shop for the all ages, family friendly event.
Expect Dancing from a professional dance instructor, Ms Pam Woods of Ballroom Made Simple. A new artist on the scene Pam Nichols with Cupcake Girl Photography who has combined her passion for photography and cupcakes. As well as a THIRD FRIDAY party at your favorite antique store Seasons Best. Featuring local Baker Dana Fraula serving up the sweets next to PNC Bank hosting a game where everyone is a winner!
Oh and don't forget the always amazing live music and entertainment! Alex and Shiloh will be performing as well as other musicians and entertainers.
All that on top of Black Diamond Catering's always amazing food selections and of course they will be serving up the suds!

I have been told a local artist, Jason Wharton will be displaying some of his art work at the City Center.
Come support a local artist.
Another one Bites the dust in the City Center restaurant location!
Maybe one of these local inspiring chefs should research the popular "Pop Up" restaurant concept out of cities like NYC. This might be what that City Center, Third Friday and Downtown needs. Someone has got to think outside of the box in this town!

An important announcement about the restaurant in the City Center could ba made as early as tonight.
Good ol boy network at work again. Has any of the other restaurants downtown been contacted to help more with 3rd Friday? I would be pissed if a restaurant caterer from another city came in and suck money out of my pockets. Sounds like the fire station crew... Brad Gillis, Palmer Gillis, Urban Salisbury and the mayor again, working there magic. How many times does the city get to screw another business out of money in there own city. I just don't get it!!!! The rest of the downtown restaurants should be up in arms----------!!!!
