Hebron dismissed its earlier appeal of the Wicomico County Circuit Court case (in which the ruling was against Hebron's actions approving the mega-project of Waller Landing).
The Town now, however, is poised to vote again on Waller Landing--possibly as early as at its meeting on Wednesday night.
From all appearances, Hebron has not learned from the spanking it got by the Circuit Court on the first go-round. Hebron, we're watching
you!

no need to watch us. its our town. it seems only the outsiders think they should have all the say.
And guess who the biggest and true outsiders are: the Wilmington developer dudes, Hebron's consultant and attorney--Ha!~~
Such a joke!
I like Hebron just fine how it is. Its why I moved here. Not even a stop light. It will be ruined.
If you build them they(illegals) will come.

lmao typical.
I usually have no need or desire to go to your little town. But thanks for helping to prove my point. Enjoy yourself that the carnival this summer.
It's a no win situation.
Show us the jobs or opportunities to justify anyone moving to The Landing. If not the jobs, consider that Delaware is SO close as a retiree destination alternative.
I don't think Hebron residents have much to fear these days.
