I'm Asking Every One Of You To Listen To This Audio

This audio clip was on PAC 14 discussing the sale of the old Fire Station. Go ahead City Council, sell the building for $100,000.00 and find yourself in an instant lawsuit.

At least they will know what's coming. IF they choose to make this move, the fact that I originally offered $250,000.00, (no contingencies) more than 2 years ago, THEN, (after my offer) they created legislation to create a RFP to make sure I couldn't buy the building, it's an open and shut case.

GO HERE to listen to the 5 second audio.

I guess you have to be a former Council Member or a FOB to purchase City property.

What's the matter JT, too big a wussy to use your real name. No need in hiding, everyone knows who you are. Does Gary, Shanie and Louise write you letters of recommendations for that section 8 housing?

So if they accept the 100K offer tonight, they might have enough to cover their costs for a law suit.
It looks like the run-up to April is gonna be interesting... messy, for sure.
All of this reminds me of the old scary movies where they needed to put a silver spike through the heart of the blood-sucking vampire, or it just kept coming back.

Muir Boda feels whatever his SAPOA, Tilghman, Comegys, handlers tell him to feel. Don't let his new found Tea Party attitude fool you. He might be a libertarian on a state/national level but he is a puppet on the local level.

Gotta be a conflick of interest with GARY COMEGYS VOTING.

Joe, I read your blog everyday. And, I appreciate the info. I don't know both sides to the story, if there can even be such a thing in this case. But, Gary's tone definitely suggests that he is selling HIS property. I am a resident of Wi Co, but not a resident of Salisbury proper. Too bad, this clown wouldn't get my vote.

Hope you're feeling better, Joe.

6:14 you gotta be actually sick to feel better.

Muir sat there silently...not willing to own his positions.

Joe said earlier he had a cold.

10:46 Boda sat there silently because his position is that of the council majority. He has been in their pocket since before the election 2 years ago when Debbie Campbell beat him out. A leopard doesn't change it's spots. Remember that in March and April when the city elections roll around.
