LOCATION: 324539 Old Ocean City Rd., Pittsville, MD 21850.
INCIDENT: Assault Second Degree
VICTIM: George Berkley Ruark, Jr. 26 yoa
SUSPECT: Stephen Paul Dowling. 53 yoa.
BRIEF RESUME:
On 12/13/2009 Troopers responded to 34592 Pitts Ave., Pittsville, MD 21850 to investigate an assault. Upon arrival Troopers made contact with the victim George Berkley Ruark, Jr. According to Ruark, he had been assaulted by Stephen Paul Dowling at an address of 34539 Old Ocean City Rd., Pittsville, MD 21850. While speaking with Ruark, Troopers observed that Ruark had a broken nose that was bleeding, and his top lip was swollen and bleeding as well.
On 12/14/2009 a warrant for the arrest of Stephen Paul Dowling was issued. Troopers then responded back to the residence of Stephen Paul Dowling where he was located and placed under arrest for the Assault Charges. Dowling was taken to Wicomico County Dention Center for further processing.

why does this not surprise me about berky. he has always been in some kind of situation when he was growing up!!!
I know steve and he is a very docile person till you push his buttons. so this berky person must have ran his mouth to the wrong person. WAY TO GO STEVE. TEACHING LESSONS OLD SCHOOL.
