President Obama told ABC News’ Charles Gibson in an interview that if Congress does not pass health care legislation that will bring down costs, the federal government “will go bankrupt.”
“If we don't pass it, here's the guarantee….your premiums will go up, your employers are going to load up more costs on you,” he said. “Potentially they're going to drop your coverage, because they just can't afford an increase of 25 percent, 30 percent in terms of the costs of providing health care to employees each and every year. “

Not if Congress quit spending and loading Bills with earmarks. The Healthcare Bill has nothing to due with America going broke it is the Congresses irresponsible spending. Another Presidential "LIE". I just researched again and for the same policy with the same company is now $32.00 higher per month!
All of this "health care" reform is already costing us!!

That is EXACTLY why healthcare reform needs to be passed! Do you understand that the bills are going to keep on rising because the insurance lobby is crushing us right now? You cannot blame the healthcare legislation (which hasn't even passed yet) for the increase in prices. It has gone up dramatically every year, and will keep on going up because insurance companies can basically screw us over now.
Hoo, Boy!, 3:55! What have you been drinkin'? When we can buy health insurance from any state like we can car insurance, when liability giveaway lawsuits get limited,THEN we will see the price go down with REAL COMPETITION, which we do not have now.
And you don't think YOUR premiums will go up when:
1. insurance companies are FORCED to cover pre-existing conditions.
2. the indigent will receive subsidies for their premiums?????

All policies will be shoved on to the 'public option' in four years anyway.
But the fiscally savy companies will dump employees on the public option ASAP to save $$$$.

I am sure every business would love to be punished that way. There are things that could be done to reign in health care costs but the democrats don't want to do those things. And ask yourself if this is such a wonderful thing then why aren't the members of congress going to be covered by the same plan!
