Bend over Folks because this Sunday the Daily Times will have a price increase on their News Stand Papers. The only good thing I can say about it is the Daily Times is going GREEN by using LESS PAPER.
Certainly the paper will look bigger because of the Sale Inserts going inside for the upcoming Holidays but if you're in it for the news, you're screwed. We'll have to see what they raise their prices to on Sunday.

Yeah Sunday prices will stay the same, while the daily will go up to .75.
If it is any less paper it won't be enough to wipe your butt in an emergency.

I'd like to know why you are so upset about SBYnews chastising The Daily Times.
Have they not been biased in their reporting?
Have they not endorsed liberal left wing fanatics in their media - (i.e. Wayne Gilchrest)
Have they not abandoned their tradition of posting the salaries for all local government workers.
Have they not lost hordes and hordes of money in their stock value because of liberal exposure.
What about their high employee turnover rate?
I would say for all of the above it is grounds 'harping on the times'

Joe what has made you so cynical? It use to be you reported news, but now all you do is spew filth and rant and rave like an idoit against everyone and everything. Certainly 100% of the people cannot agree with your viewpoint 100% of the time. Having a different opinion is part of life.
I agree that the times is a HORRIBLE paper for reporting any REAL local news. Its the typical eastern shore mentality, ignorance is bliss. If we dont talk about the drugs and gangs it doesnt really happen. Very similar to the attitude of the local govt officials. Does anyone see a pattern?
That post by 7:07AM has a point in comparing the only lack in crime is a lack of acknowledging it.
