It doesn't take all that much energy to keep something like this clean. Ocean City knows how to design it as well as easily maintain it and the City of Salisbury is simply clueless.Close the road to traffic and make it a peaceful place to enjoy shopping and even entertainment. Whatever you did Barrie, it didn't work! Let some new blood come in and take it over and I'll bet you dollar for dollar my way will work?
In the mean time we can always drive to Ocean City and enjoy shopping there. Besides, they need the tax dollars more than Salisbury does, right Barrie?
