



However, this was just unbelievable. I could see an armed robbery where the Officer came flying up to the building, slammed on the brakes and let the car running. However, this vehicle was PARKED in a parking space, (actually two of them) and breaking the law/laws.
Take note of the first picture. IF you're looking for the meter, it's parallel with the front windshield. Proof of such would be, look at the next meter behind the vehicle. The 4th picture clearly shows there was no one in his/her way, front or back and this vehicle sat there for hours.
