I have heard from some that children come to the Mounted Police and are not intimidated whatsoever and are willing to share information to these Officers, unlike those in Police Cars.

They share who did what. They tell these Officers where they can find drugs and who's dealing them.

However, Salisbury has no Gangs, right Chief? There's no drugs and there's no crime. Now IS the time to get rid of this Patrol as we have reached the end of the Yellow Brick Road and we are in a fantasy land!

More importantly, here's what I'd like to know Barrie Tilghman. Since when do you consider animals a surplus item? Here's another good question for you Barrie. Do you consider K-9 Police Dogs surplus items? Do you auction them off or do you show respect for the handlers and "give" them to the handlers when it's time for them to retire?

I personally believe what the Mayor is doing is out of spite and sickens me to my stomach! Just remember one thing Barrie, Karma! I'm not kidding Folks, this one has Karma all over it.

Thousands of children were running around and enjoying themselves in what I would call a dream palace this weekend.

Any human being that takes the risks these two families have taken financially deserves to be recognized. You MUST go visit this place, seriously Folks! It's just unbelievable and there isn't a single adult reading these Blogs that won't agree this is the most unbelievable place they have ever seen.

Please help support this group as they have taken bigger risks towards children than anyone I have ever known.

They Did It Again!

Tell me Barrie, how long will Salisbury put up with this? This was today, so you know.

Another Sign That It's Over!

Remember the signs that were posted, (3 in a row) on this property not so long ago? They're gone, removed, thrown out, destroyed. Alessi lost all of his credibility and the first sign is what is left. Citizens are through with this man's BS and they have given up.

By the way, isn't disgruntled someone who sues the City because they didn't get a contract based on conflicts of interest? Say Godnight Gracy!

WHAT, I didn't Do Nuttin!

Allow me to explain why this man is so full of shit!

Yesterday while we were talking one on one I had the privilege of being backed up by Hunter Nelms and Major Doris Schonbrunner, just in case Ron wanted to create stories similar to Jim Rapp claiming I assaulted him.

Believe it or not Folks, I actually purposely "bumped" Ron Alessi with my camera on purpose. I said, sorry Ron. He replied, for what? I said, I just bumped you with my camera, sorry about that. He replied, I never even noticed Joe. I said, that's funny Ron, because that's how hard Jim Rapp bumped into my camera and I thought it was no big deal wither and he called the Police on me for assault and the funny thing is, he's the one that bumped me. However, it is kind of funny how it didn't seem to effect you in any way at all. WHAT'S THAT TELL YOU FOLKS?

During this conversation Ron very politely asked how Jennifer was doing and how was her back? I explained to Ron that Jennifer and I were doing very well and as a matter of fact, last Friday we received custody of our 5 year old Grandson. Ron seemed to be very excited and congratulated me several times in our conversation. This is the same SOB that purposely refused our GRANDPARENTS FRIENDS MEMBERSHIP at the Salisbury Zoo. He refused to allow this child to participate and then he wants to ACT like he's excited for us?

Ron Alessi was the man that also had Jennifer fired! Jennifer herniated three disks in her back on the job and rather than helping an 18 year employee of the City, they fired her. Now let's look at today Letter to the Idioter from Ron Alessi. Ron claimed that Jennifer was a disgruntled employee who's lawsuit never made it to trial. I want to explain the facts a little better to all of you so everyone completely understands the facts here.

Jim Rapp admitted he dropped his pants and pissed on a windshield of a vehicle with female employees in the vehicle and claimed he did so to defrost the windshield. My guess is that Ron Alessi gets off on such a thing as this does not offend him in any way. Maybe if "I" pissed on his wife's windshield and exposed myself several times they'd actually enjoy such a thing? Jim Rapp's response was, "I thought it was a good idea at the time."

The case was dropped Ron Alessi because Jennifer received the highest award ever given out by Workers Compensation for such injuries because the Judge stated there was no doubt the Mayor and Jim Rapp were retaliating against Jennifer Albero as she had been doing everything possible to get a job over the past two years, completely cooperating with their programs and she never once got a job offer. He was persuaded they had everything to do with that and he gave Workers Compensation 30 days to get her a job or he'd give that reward. 20+ days into it someone from Workers Compensation tried to have the case number changed in order to get this Judge off the case and he caught them. The following day Jennifer had been given an offer by Workers Compensation she couldn't refuse!

Now, what's important here Folks is this. IF Jennifer had taken her case against the City any further, IF Jennifer would have won her case, she would have had to pay back Workers Compensation all the money she had been awarded for pain and suffering as well as loss of time on the job. There was absolutely no reason to take her case any further unless she did so out of spite and or she was in fact disgruntled. She dropped an easy appeal case and moved on with her life, it's that simple. Ron Alessi knows this as a fact and he's still living as if nothing ever happened.

Here's what I'm going to ask of each and every one of you reading this Blog Site. Please think about these facts. Jennifer worked for the Salisbury Zoo for 18 years. She wasn't a trouble maker and was in FACT rated as the very best Employee the Salisbury Zoo had in depositions by each and every one of her coworkers. Jim Rapp admitted to the charges Jennifer placed against him and arrogantly walked around like he simply didn't care. Jennifer exposed unbelievable amounts of animal deaths at the Zoo that were completely unacceptable and Ron Alessi and the Mayor covered it up. There were so many illegal activities going on at the Zoo, including employees abusing drugs, (yes, even on the job) and NOTHING has been done about it.

So if you fools want to believe Jennifer was a disgruntled employee of the City look at her life now, after the fact. Does it look like she's suffering? For those of you who have had the honor of meeting Jennifer, is she the type of person that would ever come off as a liar? It's so funny we have all this proof and Ron Alessi acts like nothing ever happened.

Ron Alessi sent back our Grandparent Membership as well as the money and said we weren't friends of the Salisbury Zoo. Ron Alessi sent back our money for sponsoring 4 animals for a year because we're not friends of the Salisbury Zoo. In my opinion Folks, Ron Alessi, Jim Rapp and Barrie Tilghman are NOT friends of the Salisbury Zoo.

In closing, Ron Alessi claimed that one of the Bloggers used his wife and family in an attack against him. Yesterday Ron told me one of the Bloggers used his Daughters name Elizabeth in an attack against him. I have spoken with Hadley who denies it and I know for a fact I never did so. That leaves Bill Duvall but I doubt he did so as well and this would mean Ron Alessi is full of crap and playing the old, poor, poor, pitiful me card. I hope the BLOG SITES are exactly what does in fact bring you down Ron Alessi! You're completely full of crap!

Fire is 1 letter short of relief.

Fired would be one of the best words I could be rewarded with but that's just not the case as of yet.

However, after a lengthy conversation one on one yesterday with Ron Alessi, he assured me that he is NOT happy with Jim Rapp at all right now.

The fact that Jim Rapp kept the mauled ducks from Ron Alessi sent Ron over the top where he said, believe me Joe, I had someone's ass over that issue.

He wasn't very pleased and Ron agreed with me that protocol calls for traps to immediately go out after the first duck was mauled and that didn't happen. It took 5 mauled ducks and a Zoo Commission Meeting for something positive to happen and Ron Alessi even said, we got him the first night we put out the traps. I agreed but replied, yeah, imagine if it would have been done the first night though and not 10 days later after 5 ducks were killed?

Confirmation, Ron Alessi did in fact confirm that Jim Rapp did something very stupid. Ron Confirmed that Jim Rapp did in fact burn himself. I asked how he did it and Ron said he was burning sticks and brush when he decided to take a gas can and pour gas onto the fire while it was burning! YEAH, this is the guy you want to leave your children with at the Zoo!

I then asked Ron, did he do this at home? No, I can confirm that he did not do so at home, use your imagination Joe. This tell me the Dee Dee Deee did it at the Zoo! Are you listening Barrie? This seems to be a regular thing at the Zoo. Another former Director of the Zoo decided he was going to burn out some underground bees so he also poured gasoline onto the ground and also his shoe and light the fire, setting his foot on fire as well.

Ron, maybe you should make Jim take Boy Scout Classes to learn right from wrong when it comes to fires and a million other things the Boy Scouts could have helped him with in life? Needless to say after my conversation yesterday with Ron Alessi, Jim Rapp is walking a very fine line. He did burn his arm and his face from the fire, that's a shame.

RiverFest Was A Flop!!!

No mater how much everyone will try to say this event was a huge success, pictures never lie!

As I went from booth to booth and talked to people till I was blue in the face, people explained to me how this was a much bigger event than last year because the draw bridge was closed last year. I'd then turn my head and look around and all I could think was, DEE, DEE, DEEEEE!

People were selling themselves at this thing, things were so slow! I spent hours seeing old friends and even new friends in the Political Arena but all in all the first impression, (honest to God) was the severe smell/stench/odor coming from the Wicomico River! I was informed today that they released the no fishing, no swimming on the Wicomoico River TODAY! This Mayor will stop at nothing!

All I want to know is, what kind of Health Insurance Policy does the Sheriffs Department have as well as a Life Insurance Policy?

Secondly, is there a Dunkin Donuts anywhere near their main office as well? If not, I'm opening a franchise there immediately because I happen to know there's a piece of property For Sale right next to the Sheriffs Office!

Please Help Me Understand This!

Yesterday I visited Delmar Elementary School to pick up my Grandson. Yes, I too am on the fringe of being called "ELDERLY."

Here's what I don't get. All too often I'd drive around the City of Salisbury and see these signs posted freely around Ben's Red Swings and I'd write the City Council and Mayor and a few weeks later and a few letters later they would eventually disappear.

Now I'm seeing them on Public School grounds and I have a VERY serious problem with that. The abuse this company continues to take advantage of illegally is just unbelievable. Now I don't know the owners of this company and I'm sure they're good people but this abuse has to stop!

I too have owned retail sports businesses like this and I could just see getting sued and fined for ever thinking of placing a sign up somewhere and not having a permit! Who are these people that can constantly get away with this?

Oh, by the way, it's NOT my camera, the sign is upside down. So you also know, I visited the "Crown Sports Center" and I didn't see one of these signs posted anywhere! Should the Crown Sports Center start making up their own signs and post them on Public School Property for free? After all, they're providing unbelievable services for the community and probably deserve free advertisement for taking such HUGE risks!

Does Mr. Sharma Ever Get Out Of The Office?

This is West Gordy Road, between Northwood Dr. and Bus. Rt. 13. Wicomico County. A concerned Citizen said, "I haven't seen a bushhog go down this road in over 2 complete summers. I've lost count of how many times I've almost been creamed by a Sysco truck. (they have a warehouse on this road as well)."

Hide & Go Seek!

I was wondering what they have been doing day after day just off Rt. 50. I finally stopped the other day and played a little game of Hide & Go Seek and look what I found. An unending supply of fresh trees for the picking. I had NO IDEA the State of Maryland allows a loading and unloading zone right on the side of Rt. 50. Seems safe to me. Just pull over to the side of the road and for a good 8 to 10 hours a day load and unload trees all day long while cars pass you at 65 miles per hour.

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!

I have held numerous recent conversations with people referencing Ron Alessi signs and what you're about to hear is quite interesting and 100% truth.

I have a neighbor who has a friend who asked if they could put Ron Alessi signs on their property and under pressure she agreed but insisted to this person she wasn't voting for him.

I spoke to another friend who explained that on a business location on Rt. 13 he walked into the business to say hello to this friend and unfortunately the friend wasn't there at the time but their son was. While speaking to the son my friend asked what the deal was on the Ron Alessi sign and the son said, Mom and Dad aren't voting for him. A friend of Dad's in the Chamber of Commerce put pressure on him to put the sign out here and he did so but they're not voting for him.

Each and every time I have this conversation with someone they tell me they've heard the same exact kind of story from the people they talk to. So be careful about being fooled folks. Alessi is using all the slick pressure moves politicians seem to abuse.

Knowing his mathematical skills from the Zoo, if they bought 500 signs and posted them he'd tell you there are 1,000 of them around the City. I guess if you count both sides he wouldn't be lying though, right? Say Goodnight Gracy.

Can We Actually Enjoy RiverFest?

As residents walk on recently contaminated grounds through the local lift station dumping raw sewage everywhere, can everyone trust their children won't be harmed by contaminated grounds?

Since HAZMAT was not even called, let alone brought in, the City did a questionable job cleaning up this entire area between the old draw bridge all the way up to the lift station.

Then there's the contaminated river as well. It's no wonder Iyeska and I didn't see Warning Signs in this particular area where the raw sewage actually ran into the river and last week a Diver was in the water working on a tug boat until they learned from us that the water was in fact contaminated.

I'm sorry Folks but to me this is one of the phoniest celebrations I have ever seen in my entire life! Then to shove it in everyone's face and hold it right where the illegal spill actually happened and no one is concerned, this is a joke!

I hear the Salisbury Zoo will also be there acting like they too respect the river, yet it wasn't that many months ago the MDE came in there and slammed them by capping illegal pipes draining raw sewage and chemicals directly into the river. Oh, I know some of you are saying, let it be Joe, lay off the Zoo. NOPE! Jim Rapp and Ron Alessi lied to the community by stating they had nothing to do with those pipes illegally dumping into the river and that the pipes were put in there some 30 years ago. WRONG! LIARS! It was only 10 years ago or so when they built those exhibits and pools we're talking about and they're liars! Own up to breaking the law and we'll go away. Until then, you're liars, cheaters and con men.

Just remember parents, there are no "5 Second Rules" at this event! In this case it will be against the law to drop something on the ground and allow your children to pick it up, let alone eat it! I wonder if the Health Department went over there and tested the grounds? Besides that, enjoy the event. LOL
