Chinese officials have imposed quarantine restrictions on two cities in the province of Jilin located in north east China. Jilin is part of a wider province located in the Dongbei region - which is home to more than 100 million residents. The threat level in the area has been raised to “high-risk” by health authorities.
Health officials have identified two emergency hospitals to treat the suspected spike in COVID-19 infections.
Around 40,000 residents in the cities of Jilin and Shulan have been tested for coronavirus after officials were alerted to a possible new outbreak.
In Jilin, authorities stopped all major transport links to and from neighbouring cities until further notice.

I would take this with a grain of salt. The Chinese have been lying about the China virus since Day 1.
But are they all rushing to the airport to fly to the US and Europe?

Thats because China and some other countries are trying to completely eradicate it early. They don't want any cases, nevermind if they are asymptomatic cases. Thats not how a virus works. China and South Korea are not allowing any opportunity for herd immunity so this stuff will continue to happen there.

Exactly. I heard it right from a horse's mouth so to speak. Someone I ordered Chinese made products for years now. They told me late Jan orders are going to be held up because of Chinese New Year a big deal over there. Then right after that it was because of the virus that has caused many factory closures and how they would not be surprised if some closed forever because of the already labor shortage in China that's been going on for years.
We all know they lied about when the outbreak started, why it started and their numbers
They lied to not only vacuum up supplies for them to use, to sell but also to level the economic playing field. If they see other countries opening and their economies starting to spring back they are going to do everything they can to continue to level the playing field so others suffer as much as they are economically.

Same thing is going to happen here in a month or two. It's already happening in Russia and many other countries. Keep hanging on to that "herd immunity" theory though.
