It's my understanding Hogan may open bars/restaurants with OUTDOOR dining up to 50 people. I also heard that we also may be able to serve to go mixed drinks in cups with lids with a piece of tape sealing the lid to the cup. I'll keep everyone posted but I think my message Monday went a very long way in Annapolis.

Nothing wrong with what they are doing. It is allowed during the shut down. However you cant sit at tables as you know.
WTF is wrong with sitting at a table outside with your own crew? (less than 10) This is total bullshit and contributes to the ruination of the State. Honest folk can't make a living but a damn criminal has free rein to do what they want? I agree with 10:07, Hogan doesn't have to worry about going to Hell because he's too Damn Common to take up space designated for lawyers and politicians.
Because of the life I've led I'll probably go to Hell but I'll be where the crowd's at and Hogan and Frosh will surely be there, not to the credit of the Devil. They'll likely F*&^%K that up too and it'll have to close for a while to get rid of that virus!

In the last week I have been to Mad Moe's sports bar; Pinchers (seafood); Max's Table (breakfast/lunch diner.) All dine in. Tables spaced in doors and Outdoor dining provided. No masks required. This is in Sarasota Florida. What the hell Hogan. Get a life. Dumb ass.
