We probably would not be reading about this if she were the wife of Mayor Day, or a least the charge would be a simple misdemeanor. With that said, she truly needs help. Hopefully someone in the family or a dear friend will step up to the plate and provide her with much needed guidance and help. She and her family will be in my prayers.

I feel sorry for her daughters, but not her. She's a grown woman who goes around drunk as a skunk 24/7 crashing vehicles and hitting on anything with a pulse and a penis at the local bars. Time to grow up, Julie!

This is nothing but false charges from an inexperienced court commissioner who allower her ex husband to file these fake charges. Wake up people, I don't like her, but we have a serious problem in our courts by allowing someone without any law degree or experience to determine what charges are allowed. They do read those Application for Charges and decide if there is sufficient probable cause to justify the issuance of either a criminal summons or arrest warrant charging and individual with a crime. Then, after a person is arrested, they are brought before a court commissioner for the purpose of determining if the person should be release on their personal recognizance or have to post a bond.
@10:29 I believe they were referring to felony theft criminal charges. I believe that would be handled by the states attorneys office and if the charges are case are strong enough for an arrest warrant
