Report: 100+ Vanderbilt Students Suffer Chinese Virus Symptoms After Campus Parties

A report published this week by Reuters claims that a group of more than 100 Vanderbilt University students that ignored concerns about the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic were responsible for spreading it to their home communities after leaving campus.

According to a report by Reuters, a group of Vanderbilt students that ignored directives from their university about the Wuhan coronavirus may have spread it to their local communities. The report claims that the students refused to shut down their social gatherings. Now, 107 students from Vanderbilt University claim to be experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

One student told Reuters that he experienced symptoms just days after returning home from campus. Just days prior to his departure from Vanderbilt, the student admitted that he attended an off-campus party.

The report claims that at least one student, prior to returning home, mocked the impending pandemic. One student posted a photo on Instagram in which he joked about being infected with the virus during the party.

This possibility was raised three - four weeks ago when the colleges started closing down. It was mentioned that a low-risk for bad outcome population, which also often was asymptomatic, was dispersed around the country to their much-higher risk for bad outcome parents and grandparents.

It was also mentioned that college students celebrated the closing of their schools with huge parties. Making it that much more likely that they would catch the Wuhan Flu just before leaving.

6:13- Did you get all that, you sorry sack of idiots? Bill Nye here just explain what we've already known for the last month. Thank God, Captain Hindsight here was able to explain to us simpletons what we've all lived through in the last 4 weeks. If not for this genius, we all would be toast! Where is your blog, sir, so that I can preach your wisdom to the sick, poor, and ignorant? We all must impart your wisdom to the uninitiated who could not follow or understand this blog for the last month prior to your enlightening explanation. We are all lucky you chimed in with that great summation.

Get a grip, Girdletree.

Unfortunately, not everyone appreciated the dangers of returning students or we wouldn’t be hearing of their having spread Wuhan Flu to their families.

One of the reasons the possibility was mentioned 3-4 weeks ago, including in posts and comments on this site, was so people could sequester themselves away from returning college students.

I know of families who arranged to completely isolate returning students in one area of their home, others who refused to let students who had traveled come home.

Some people post to share ideas and encouragement others to share bile, insults and negativity.
