What an idiot. Embarrassing for our city.
Mayor Jake Day couldn’t have portrayed himself better. However, it’s daytime and he frequents the Brick Room after hours. Sucking down beers and driving home intoxicated. Then when he gets home the wife abuse starts. Mayor Day abuses his wife and children. No reason to make this up about someone it’s the truth. Folks open your eyes!

12:28, I've been TRYING to inform the readers of this blog of the same thing. NO ONE wants to listen...a shame because his wife and children are constantly abused and threatened. Not many know the real story and it's sad because his wife and children need to get away from him without threats coming from him and his parents.

Letter to the Editor:
To whom it may concern. Today is Friday April 10th, 2020 and it is the regular trash pick up day for a large portion of the City of Salisbury. Although this is the regular trash pick up day for thousands of Salisburians, Jake Day failed to remind the citizens with a press release that "Today is a holiday for Good Friday and trash pickup will resume on Monday." Jake Day is always on Twitter and Facebook posting pictures of himself and he or the City could have sent a reminder vial Social Media but they didn't.
Now that everyone put their large trash cans to the curb it is so windy and the lids are blowing open and trash is being blown all over the City. Some trash cans are even being blown over and the trash is blown all over the streets. This is embarrassing for the citizens of Salisbury when visitors traveling through see all this garbage all over the streets and ghetto murals on Rt. 13.
Shame on you Jake Day, Tom Stevenson and the employees of Public Works for not advising the citizens that it was a holiday and no trash pick up.
They are riding all over the state representing the City of Salisbury and that homo Chris Demone thinks it's appropriate to wear a free 'Rise Up Coffee' sweatshirt.
If I run for mayor and get elected the first thing I would do is get rid of Chris Demone, Julia Glanz, Andy Kitzrow and the rest of those a$$ kissing admin staff. Then the Department Heads would have to re-apply for their jobs. Once Department Heads are appointed and confirmed the incoming Department Heads will be tasked to have all supervisors/officers re-apply for their positions.
Can you imagine a new mayor being elected and keeping all of Jake Day's staff? That would be like President Trump working with Obama's staff that were hired by him and dedicated to him.
