National Guard COVID-19 response effort

I would highly recommend that citizens stock up on food and supplies while they can. Trump and Hogan are planning to implement the Stafford Act to force everyone to self-quarantine. In other words, you will be arrested if you are driving around without anything to do other than essential employees. Hogan is getting the rest of the Governors in this country to put pressure on Trump.
