That is wonderful. Other cities/counties should follow up to see how this can be arranged

They must keep those Somers Cove residents fat and happy, so they can stay at home all day and have enough energy to cash those welfare checks.

You better look beyond the horizon because if the wooden heads in power thought of this then some other topic is going to come to light that they've screwed up. I see charity yet when there's a Town who's budget can't support basic services for the taxpayers plays philanthropist I smell a rat. The above comments are right on target. There's been a murder in the projects that still has had no evidence to identify the perpetrator. The council is under black influence because things are so obtuse that any competent people won't even consider running...such as paying Rick Pollit $123,000 a year with vehicle, expense account, and insurance perks. $85,000 a year Police Chief salary with un-tagged vehicles running all over Town by Juveniles, yet the old Peyton pharmacy is in ruins and a mortal danger to any person or by-stander on Main St., has been neglected and the ostrich syndrome has been allowed to sweep that under the rug. Crisfield is in the crapper but there's always money for special interest. I wonder if this will turn into the same type of scandal that befell the Housing Authority who discovered mis-appropriations from the inside. Be careful when you vote people.I wish I could reveal my name but with a little detective work you can verify the above. Good Luck
