By that reasoning, there would never be a press release for anything. If someone is arrested for murder, they haven’t been convicted. They have simply been arrested. Being arrested is public information. If they are driving on a public roadway, they have no expectation of privacy. Driving is a PRIVILEGE not a RIGHT.

Driving is NOT a privilege you don't need a DL if you're only traveling.. Driving is for commercial use .. you and others where suckered into buying a Driver's lic...

It's amazing that SPD can only come up with names and facts on DUI's why not so transparent on on # 1 crimes you know like homicide, rape, forced entry break-ins. Each year you leave out the real crime and now Jake and Barbara Duncan have another 4 years to hide the facts and lie to the citizens of Salisbury. Put back your SPD calls for service, Wicomico County still does and the other counties, hide what you may the majority has your numbers.
