Mueller Lies, Says ‘OLC Decision’ Prevented Him From Indicting Trump

In his testimony on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, former special counsel Robert Mueller was asked repeatedly about why he didn’t indict President Trump after concluding his 22-month investigation into whether the president or his campaign colluded with Russia to alter the outcome of the 2016 election.

Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu asked the question explicitly.

“The reason you did not indict Donald Trump… is because of the OLC decision. Is that correct?”

Mueller responded: “That is correct.”

The “OLC decision” is a ruling from the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) within the Department of Justice (DOJ) — dating back to the time of Richard Nixon and Watergate — that says a sitting president cannot be indicted.

Is Mueller being charged with lying to Congress while under oath? They charged everyone else but Cohen, thanks to Elijah Cummings who was adamant when he instructed Cohen before his testimony, with this. Mueller was a pawn. He did nothing and never wrote the report or any of the letters or press conferences. Mueller was a Democratic pawn, while the Democrats got their buddies of Hillary to conduct a half investigation. Total BS like Pres Trump has always stated. Democrats are acting like the Mafia bullies.

He came back and corrected that statement. I believe he was pretending to be mentally disabled to avoid prosecution or he is the perfect dumbass to put in charge of 70 million dollar hoax. Acting or had no clue what was in the report that he wrote. lol

If you didn't come away from the hearing with the glaring truth that if Trump wasn't President, he would be charged with a crime and be facing jail time; and that he is a liar and a criminal then you are willfully ignoring it. Plus Trumps claims of "total exoneration, no collusion" were DIRECTLY refuted.

Coming away with anything other than these facts as the largest take away is willfully ignoring the facts. It is letting your partisan bias interfere with your better senses.

BY THE WAY, I voted for Trump! The truth matters, THIS MATTERS. All of this smoke and mirrors is just stupid.

FACTS MATTER. Stop letting your partisanship cloud your better judgement.
