It's not like they get inspections, DLLR just mails them out.

The new licenses are probably on some lazy clerks desk without enough self motivation to walk to elevators and exchange them

Hampton Inn in Salisbury is expired in May of this year
This is NOT the Wicomico County Circuit Courts building. If you'll notice the address, its Baptist St. That's the STATE district court building.
Also it says DISTRICT COURT above address. Lol.
Laws are only for dupes like you and me and not any dumbocrats.
Negative if they have current certification then it was inspected and weight tested at least in maryland now Delaware yes they hardly test em.
