Blacknosing is a great term!
Northwest Woodsman: A great video and he made some good points, however, I firmly believe that preferences and set-asides are the only way average blacks can secure employment or success in fields other than sports. With that, the “Peter Principle” kicks in and they rise to their point of incompetence. I am also concerned with the effects of genetics and the impact on ability. For example, my genetics preclude my playing professional basketball or football. That factor has a huge impact on intellectual and physical ability.
