That's not even counting the use of the $10,000 spatula that government insists will be necessary for the job.
12:08 you're forgetting about the 10 million dollar study to find out what is the best peanut butter/jelly combination and on what bread. Said study will take 5 years to run and will come in at an actual figure of 21.5 million.
Before a sandwich could be made there would have to be a study done to determine if it was necessary, then of course if it was to be made with white bread there are those who would claim that was racist and insist one slice of whole wheat and one slice of white. After weeks of debate and the bread got stale the Democrats would claim that was Donald Trump's fault and insist on an investigation.

After the various expensive utensils and studies, the government would finally rule that we must ban all jelly because its sugar content makes it way too dangerous and people cannot be trusted with sugar. Next there would be another study to see what could be used to replace the jelly, LOLOLOLOL!
