but what is IT ?
"IT" already happened. White flight because of democrat ghetto welfare ruined this city, and like it or not the whote people aren't coming back to buy a house when every other house on the block is section 8 with welfare leeches that have no pride, self worth, or dignity. And now that the whole city is majority section 8 no matter where you live, what incentive do hard working people have to contribute to turning this city around again? None. Why buy a house when the section 8 losers only bring down your property value, rob you while you work for a living, and have no intention of bettering themselves other than scamming the irs for the biggest tax check they can get, while still not feeding their own children. And god forbid their children try and better themselves and get out of poverty, they are called uncle toms and shunned by their community. It's happening alright! Salisbury is the next detroit, baltimore, chicago, etc. With democrats in charge because they give the leeches whatever they want for their votes, salisbury is already dead. Will not be long before the stench overpowers the perdue plant.... at least that smell is just downtown, while the democrat ghetto stench has spread all over salisbury now. But hey, let's waste more taxpayer money to attract more flies to the stench! Way to go salisbury. No stopping you now! Keep cheering!
