Former Student Arrested after Making Threats Against Walter Johnson High School

Montgomery County Police 2nd District Investigative Section detectives have been investigating threats made against students at Walter Johnson High School (WJHS) located at 6400 Rock Spring Drive in Bethesda, and have now made an arrest.

In the evening hours of Thursday, October 18, Luis Amilcar Cabrera, 18 years old, of the 200 block of Congressional Lane in Rockville was arrested in Towson, Maryland, with the assistance of Baltimore County Police. He was charged on Friday, October 19, with one count of threat of mass violence. He is currently being held without bond.
