FLORENCE, S.C. (WPDE) - Three Florence County deputies and two Florence city officers were shot in an incident in the Vintage Place subdivision off Hoffmeyer Road in Florence, according to the Florence County Sheriff's Office.
Information on their conditions was not immediately available.
According to the Florence County Emergency Management Department, the active shooting situation is now over and the suspect is in custody. It is asking everyone to stay away from Vintage Place, as there is still an active crime investigation in progress.

I believe in dealing with this type of individual is the statement in the title of one of Clint Eastwood's movies. "HANG'EM HIGH". That does not mean a life sentence or any Prison time which has a 20 year appeal time.
So sad, hope none of the officers died.

He is alive because police are hesitant to protect themselves today for being under the past administration's reign of terror. President Donald J. Trump is working to get this country back on track, but the stench is lingering. The good president won't let up until he cleans those past eight years up completely and we can carry on with our daily lives.
“Authorities didn't name the suspect or say why they were serving the warrant.” ...and that’s not suspicious to anyone? Saying he held children hostage may have been him protecting his family from these mercenaries. Looks like he handed them their butts. More to this story. I wonder if they even had the right location and residence. Obviously cops mad some grave errors.
