The visitors are always sneaking in phones and drugs or mailing it. There is a Mid-Atlantic crisis. Some tainted contraband has been getting into the joints and workers and prisoners have had serious reactions.
Smuggling in Fentanyl in at record rates is the reason. I say give them all they want, lock 'em down and watch them all die from overdoses or kill each other for more when they are going into withdraws!
