Breaking News: The U.S. and Mexico reached a preliminary agreement to revise key portions of Nafta. The trade deal now needs approval from Canada.

The accord is a major step for President Trump, who has threatened to scrap the pact. But Canada is still on the sidelines, and major issues are unresolved.

it does not need canada's approval. it's a bi lateral agreement between two (bi) countries! sorry reporting! canada can either get with the program or join china at the dock!
