WHOEVER is running the SHA needs to be Terminated.
They're still in OC mode where nobody looks straight ahead in the direction they are traveling. It normally takes until Salisbury for people to return to normal.
Why 7:54, looks to me like someone just wasn't looking where they were going, probably texting and/or talking on cell phone. I assure you the guard rail didn't jump in front of the car.

There should be a traffic light installed at that location immediately. How does the SHA expect this guard rail alone, to control traffic. "Reach The Beach" is the opposite direction. It's Trump's fault!
9:30 PM were you there? could be someone improperly changed lanes and pushed them off the road.
Ohhh really they are NOT properly protecting citizens with allowing gaps in railing positioning.
SHA why is there no center rails in the road going into OC ? Another SHA FAILURE how many deaths is SHA Responsible for ??
I'm sure there was a phone involved. Laws don't seem to be making a difference because I see people with their phones to their face all the time.

Or some aliens got too close with their spaceship. Or a ghost ran out of the woods and scared him. Or maybe an earthquake that only affected him. Probably just a banana peel in the middle of the road.
