I just crossed the rt 90 bridge and saw multiple marine police and jet skis looking nor something near the West side of Assowoman bay.
Some cop dropped his box of donuts in the water

The cops dropped their breathalyzer overboard. Can't collect any revenue without it.
SHA decal on the front of the tractor. These guys need eyeballs all around there head to see whats going on along with cutting the grass.To me it would be a long boring stressful day.
Another one not qualified to do their job. Most likely on a phone. Hire some people with common sense.
