It looks like a smart buy to me the property is contingent to the existing beaver run elementary school which needs to be rebuilt and expanded

Expansion of Beaver Run School would be a guess...it butts right up to the School property! Its the building (home) the little Foxwell girl was taken from I believe.....

Obviously adjoins and is in the back yard of Beaver Run School. They probably need the property to build another $45 million computer palace with 86 building corners and 53 rooflines. And a bigger drainfield!

My guess would be to add to the existing parking lot on that side
of the school ?

It needs to be torn down anyway, only brings up bad memories to most in the area. Maybe they are buying that to expand the drain field.

Beaver Run does need a lot of work they are still trucking in water for students the pipes are a mess over there.
