Sessions: ‘Freedom of Thought and Speech’ Are Under Attack on U.S. Campuses

In a speech delivered at Georgetown University, Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday warned that free speech is under attack on U.S. college campuses, citing recent examples where school administrators banned speech deemed offensive, set up “cramped” free speech zones, dis-invited speakers and even offered counseling ahead of planned speeches.

Sessions pointed to a survey by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education that found that 40 percent of U.S. college speech codes “substantially infringe” on protected speech.

He cited numerous examples of university policies that infringe on free speech..

Until college administrators are arrested and put in jail for these offenses, of fired from their jobs, the idiocy will continue, and it is so apparent to everyone in America that it should happen.

But will it? Does anyone have have the canhones(sp) to buck this???

So far I haven't seen him do much of anything Sessions gives expert opinion then leaves. Sessions acts like crime monitor not the US ATTORNEY GENERAL. He is ALL BARK no BITE. Hopefully this will change but it better happen soon.
