The numbers shown on this post are intentionally skewed. There were 36,000 deaths caused by fire arms in the US in 2015. This includes suicides and unintentional deaths. Not to mention that several causes of death shown on this list are already illegal activities and if Republicans get their way abortion will be illegal too. Only makes sense to make guns illegal.
I am a Obama supporting Independent. I'll be the first one to tell you this chart makes sense. 649 the GC debate is back in the spotlight specifically because of "murder", not suicides and accidents. Both are going to happen regardless of further firearm regulations. Pick an issue, and you'll see that folks from both sides of the aisle seem to get quite confused when you question the logic behind their ideology.
State your source. I'm not buying your exact number of 36K. That almost exactly matches the auto deaths. Suicides are a different issue. If hell bent they will find a way.
