Allen Bullock, the young man who smashed an orange traffic cone through a car windshield in what became one of the indelible images of the 2015 Baltimore unrest, has received a four-year sentence for violating his probation on the riot charge.
Bullock, now 20, violated his probation when he failed to make court appearances, meet with his probation officer and notify the officer that his address had changed, according to a court recording of the proceeding.
Bullock, who was arrested June 5 on a warrant, explained the reasons for his missed appearances and meetings in court Tuesday.
"Since my mother put me out, I was just coming from the system so I ain't really have no transportation, no family, no way to call or nothing," Bullock told Baltimore Circuit Judge Charles J. Peters.

Young man? You mean young animal.
C'mon dude, you couldn't
use somebody's Obamaphone? That's pretty lame for an excuse.
Kick him in the Bollocks.
Won't have to worry about a place to stay now!
He lost the number for his P.O., too.
He should be wearing the cone permanently on his head.
I ain't got no transportation. And no job either I'm sure. Cry me a river Holmes. Enjoy your stay.
Worthless. His own mother doesn't even want him. I guess child support runs out when he turned 18.
Anyone surprised by this?!
When the ruling class elites and their presstitutes call RIOTING "Unrest", what do you expect?
Typical Thug.
But he is a "good boy" deserves a 59th chance and then a 60th.
Even jail is too good for this punk. He gets three meals and a cot. I say ship his sorry a$$ back to his roots and let him tangle with Leo the lion.
