See, it CAN be worse than Salisbury. Of course Princess Anne doesn't have a mall, or Walmart, or Target, etc. either.
Thank the prison's presence for some of this with a lot of prisoners' family and friends coming to live close by. When UMES is in session, the pickings are rich for thieves and drug dealers. Sort of like Salisbury.
