Breaking News: The Supreme Court will hear a case on a baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple, citing religious objections

The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear an appeal from a Colorado baker with religious objections to same-sex marriage who had lost a discrimination case for refusing to create a cake to celebrate such a union.

The case will be a major test of a clash between laws that bar businesses open to the public from discriminating based on sexual orientation and claims of religious freedom. Around the nation, businesses like bakeries, florists and photography studios have said, so far with little success, that forcing them to serve gay couples violates their constitutional rights.

If it is my business I should be allowed to sell to whom I want to.
If a religious person don't want to sell to a bunch of Queers and Lesbians, they should be able to do it. This is supposed to be America, and freedom of choice. This country is going to hell with all of this Tranny, Queer, and Lesbian crap!

I always thought, you own your own business, you have the right to refuse service.

I get both sides but where was the uproar for the famous people who who were asked but refused to play at Trumps inauguration . They should be fined .. they were not playing because they did not agree with his decisions, lifestyle and politics.. in their books that should be just as wrong

12:33 it should be my right to not have to participate in things that go against my morals. Let homosexuals find another baker.

If I decide to semi-retire, and one of my customers wants me to do yet another home improvement for them, I will then be forced to do it anyway?

You better think not!
