To the viewer:
Don't feel too badly.
It's the World that has changed - not just your town.
Your statement, "Not the same town I grew up in" can be said for every urban city and town in this country.
The reason? My feeling is that it's been decades of weak, or non-existent, leadership in our cities.
Nothing to do except protect yourself and your family, and roll with the punches.

nothing changes, don't expect anything from the barney fife organization called spd to do anything considered a real police investigation. Bab's will set up a free pizza stand and wait for the leads to roll in! only a matter of time till she cracks these ones!

I think the real news here is that WBOC actually reported the Murders.

SBY has changed from 30 years ago. So has Seaford. Once large employers are gone what's left are a lot of section 8 housing, schools go down as those that can go to private schools. And real estate falls.
How do you turn it around???

Well once again both the Mayor and Barbs will do nothing proactive instead we are in a reactive state of policing. The soft approach she is taking on these troubled neighborhoods and the lack of being proactive to take back our streets will allow this to continue to happen. Again thanks Jake Day for leaving Barbs at the helm as officers continue to flee the department and crime continues to run amuck. Your replace Jake is coming bc you fail to fix the real problems and try to shadow them with other meaningless projects. Lives are more important then downtown revitalization.
