WASHINGTON, DC: On Wednesday, May 3, at 2:30 PM, Rep. Andy Harris (MD-01) will appear on Conversations with Conservatives. Conversations with Conservatives is a group of free market and liberty-minded members of Congress that meets monthly with press to discuss the most pressing issues of the day. The group is chaired by Reps. Raúl Labrador (ID-01), Jim Jordan (OH-04), and Mark Meadows (NC-11), and each month meets with different conservative members of Congress to share ideas and answer questions from the media.
This month’s topics will include the government spending bill, health care reform, North Korea’s aggression, and tax reform. Other participating members for the meeting include Reps. Justin Amash (MI-03), Dave Brat (VA-07), Mo Brooks (AL-05), Scott Perry (PA-04), and Mark Walker (NC-06).
Rob Bluey of The Heritage Foundation will moderate the event, which will be live-streamed on the Conversations with Conservatives Facebook page. Members of the press can participate online by following Conversations with Conservatives on Twitter and using #CWC115.
